Bob’s background is as a controller for a number of small to large companies over the past 25 years, in both the service and manufacturing sectors. He has been involved with various mergers and acquisitions throughout his career, which included his oversight of Orion Power Midwest’s $1.7 billion acquisition of Duquesne Lights power Plants in April 2000. Bob is the President of United Veterinary Brokers of America, Inc. where he specializes in Business Valuations and Business Brokering of Veterinary Practices.
