He participated in two IPOs earlier in his career and helped other businesses grow from a start-up phase. Sam is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he studied International Economics and Development. Prior to joining UBBA, he spent a year living in Nairobi, Kenya, where he worked for a non-governmental organization developing local credit unions in rural villages. As a member of UBBA, he initially worked primarily as a marketing specialist. He has experience in visual communications, which has been utilized at UBBA by developing and managing and, managing our web marketing campaigns, designing the UDBA brochure, and managing targeted mail campaigns for Ohio and Michigan, which put our listings in up to 40,000 letters per year. Since then, he has relocated to Pennsylvania, and has expanded UBBA’s reach into Eastern and Central Pennsylvania. As a client representative in this region, he specializes in utilizing new modes of communication to garner the highest possible level of interest in your business.

Kim’s background includes Real Estate Development, Bank Finance and Dental Practice Management. Most recently Kim was Vice President of Commercial Loans at Maine National Bank at Augusta Ma, and CFO for an orthodontic practice in Massachusetts. With a degree in Economics, coupled with her background in Real Estate, Banking and Practice Management, Kim has an excellent skill set for a practice broker and her experience is a valuable asset for the UBBA organization to draw upon.

Business Analyst

Bob has worked for United Business Brokers of America, Inc. along side the Executive Director for the past two summers. Bob is a full time student at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in business. He has various roles at UBBA including maintaining our website presence with each accredited dental school in continental United States, as well as managing our diverse web marketing approach. Bob is also involved in other areas of our marketing process as well, such as notifying potential buyers of opportunities near their practice, and various ad hoc market research projects. He has a key role in developing detailed practice prospectuses by consolidating financial and tax return data, and has helped to construct and format our database of over 25,000 dentists. He assists at all buyer/seller meetings in the Western PA region.
